Spend a week with Gustavo online, logging in everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner to learn easy and affordable meal ideas (no complicated recipes!) with 3-4 ingredients only. The program is designed to help you DETOX and ReSET your system to continue losing weight and improving your health. An optional fasting day is included for those who would like to experience a 24-hour fast.

Gustavo will share some of his “secrets” and strategies that he learned from working one on one with WFPB experts for over nine years.
All meals are whole-food, plant-based, no salt, sugar, flour, oil, and preferably no caffeine, and no alcohol for 7 days. There is some flexibility built into the program for those who do not need to lose weight.

An Orientation Session will be held on Monday, November 7th AND a Wrap-Up Session will be held on Thursday, November 17th. During the wrap-up session, we will have a special guest, probably a medical doctor, who will answer questions.

Similar programs range in the hundreds or thousands of dollars. A modest contribution of $75 is suggested but you can set your own price (higher or lower to fit your budget) as you wish. You may use link or QR code either on PayPal or regular credit/debit card processing companies.
